The Capital Grille

This project included a complete kitchen cook line remodel to bring the restaurant up to current Capital Grille specifications. All work was completed while the restaurant remained open and serving the public. All existing equipment was removed. Gas, electrical and other utilities, along with Ansul systems, were reconfigured to receive new equipment.
