RFS® Certified™

RFS® Certified means that our Leads and Technicians are highly-skilled employees, who report on site and are trained to follow your company’s business, security, and safety processes.  We don’t work with unknown sub-contractors, and never work with unskilled labor pools.  As a full-service general contractor, we are able to better control our services because we self-perform most of the work we do.

Every single project is assigned an RFS® Project Manager, whose responsibilities include site-visit, estimating, daily updates on projects, and invoicing.  The RFS® Project Manager is an extension of you at the job site. They work closely with you and the RFS® Lead Technician to ensure your project finishes on-time and on-budget.

Know How RFS® is Different

The caliber of our work remains unmatched throughout the industry.

1

Unlike most companies, we’ve redefined the role of Project Manager and split it into two positions.

Our Project Managers are responsible for your on site construction, while a Client Experience Manager serves as the point of contact between your projects, General Managers, and your corporate office. This unique method allows the Project Manager to help lighten your load and focus on only your projects, and the result is a project completed on time and on budget.

2

We understand the risk of switching to a new company and the challenges you’ve likely faced.

Like other facility managers, you’ve probably settled for what you have for fear of a long onboarding process. Rest assured, our more than 30 years of experience—and efficient approach—allow us to quickly adapt to the way you and your company like to operate.

3

You need a skilled contractor, like RFS®, who self-performs.

When you work with RFS® you work with RFS® We self-perform all of our work with Project Managers, in-house associate crews, and trusted affiliates strategically located around the country to ensure your project is completed to your specifications.
