The Capital Grille

For this project, RFS was once again asked to step in and assist with a high profile and premium finishes front of the house upgrade. An existing controlled- environment wine storage kiosk made a dramatic physical impact to guests in the bar and dining areas of this Tampa Florida Capital Grille location.  However, senior restaurant operations management desired to enhance the lighting effects of this feature, while at the same time expanding the total available wine storage lockers that guests rent to store their preferred personal wine selections.

As a preferred vendor to Capital Grille locations across the United States, RFS was once again asked to step in and assist with a high profile and premium finishes front of the house wine rack design upgrade. An existing controlled- environment commercial wine rack kiosk made a dramatic physical impact to guests in the bar and dining areas of this Tampa, Florida Capital Grille location. However, senior restaurant operations management desired to enhance the restaurant lighting design effects of this feature, while at the same time expanding the total available wine storage lockers that guests rent to store their preferred personal wine selections. Working closely with restaurant operations to minimize the loss of bottle storage capacity in the wine rack design, RFS developed a plan to fabricate and install 12 premium storage lockers within the space of the kiosk. Advanced technology LED commercial restaurant lighting with controllable dimming abilities was added to further enhance the dramatic “wow factor” of this upgrade. Additional benefits included the ability to display vertical wine features atop the new lockers. This conditioned space premium guest wine storage which is personalized with brass engraved plates is the first of its kind for The Capital Grille.
