RFS completed a cost-effective refresh of the restaurant’s interior to enhance the dining experience and drive increased guest traffic. Work was completed over two weeks after closing hours to eliminate guest and restaurant personnel disruption.

RFS was challenged by Benihana to provide a cost-effective way to refresh the restaurant’s guest areas, enhance the dining experience and drive increased guest traffic to their Cleveland, Ohio restaurant. All work was completed over a two-week period after closing hours, which eliminated guest and restaurant personnel disruption.

The front of house remodel encompassed removal and replacement of wall décor, pendant lighting, water damaged drywall and the installation of new finishes in the dining room. RFS crews additionally prepped, primed and painted drywall ceilings, exposed fire suppression systems and lighting support brackets. Carpentry upgrades were also performed at the point-of-sale station and coat storage areas.
