Sharing insights and important information on renovations for major restaurant chains

Welcome to my new blog! In it you can expect to find valuable insights into restaurant facilities management and common mistakes to avoid when planning an important repair or renovation to one or more of your restaurants. Whether it is a purely cosmetic ‘face-lift’ or a necessary change in the physical footprint of your locations to make the workflow safer or more efficient, I’m going to share the ins and outs from our seasoned perspective.

My hope is you’ll be able to make better business decisions and better choices as you plan for and execute upcoming renovations. RFS has great experience with a lot of fantastic businesses and have dealt with any number of unforeseen complications during projects. If sharing our experiences will help our industry plan and execute facility management in a more streamlined and efficient manner then we all win.

I’ll be posting to my blog as often as I can (my goal is at least once or twice a month). Please feel free to sign up to automatically receive the updates or share it with anyone else you think might be interested.

I’m dedicated to doing this and would love to receive your feedback. Whether on a particular post or a general question or comment, hearing your opinion will help me shape this blog to best fit your needs and interests.

Periodically, I’ll try and share tips and tricks of the trade to make your lives a little bit easier. We all know managing restaurant facilities is a complex and (at times) frustrating job. By sharing insights and experiences from our 26 years in the business of facility maintenance management, I hope to help as much as possible and make the process a little less painful.

Kind regards, Ron
