By utilizing our proprietary database and supplier grading system, we get the job done right the first time, ensure the subcontractor has the proper insurance, and handle the billing for you – eliminating the requirement for you to set up multiple vendors in your system and hunt down their paperwork to get them paid. We send you a completed project email, with photos, that you can forward along to interested parties in your organization, and we can do all of this throughout the entire country. That’s right, nationwide.

Here’s how it works:  Let’s say you (FM) get a call from one of your GMs out of state who has a plumbing issue that his local plumber can’t figure out, or a section of mechanical duct work that just fell from the ceiling onto the dining room tables.  Rather than spend hours trying to find a specialty contractor to go look at this, and ensure they are licensed and insured in the area involved and get them set up in your system…you just call us. We handle it all, and one of our Client Experience Managers is your single point of contact throughout. .
